January 20, 2026I’ve had a positive experience living here - feels secure and is a great location. The garage doors don’t always work or stay open sometimes but for the most part they are fine. October 16, 2025great location for me, work close by, quick responses to maintenance issues since moving in. The trash situation is frustrating. The bin drop is frequently broken, and then trash room is overflowing and smells badly. The package room is disorganized. Unless the amazon locker system is used, it can take a good amount of time to locate your package if it is there. There should be a better system. September 2, 2025Loren is a great place to call home. Quiet, safe, clean community with great service. Convenient with regular shuttle to the metro, onsite gym, outdoor gathering/relaxation space, two great places to grab lunch or dinner and to enjoy a beer on tap on site. Secured underground parking, pet friendly, and options from studio to 3 bedroom units. Pool table, wifi, and gathering space in the lobby including computers and tv. On the rare times a repair is needed, the staff are great - fast, clean, ...and quality work. Units are wired for Cox so installation is easy. I love that it is a non-smoking building, with residents of all ages from diverse backgrounds. Onsite managers are always helpful.Property Manager Responded
