I've been here a few years now and enjoy that it is well maintained, secure, and comfortable. Staff are professional, friendly and responsive. June 8, 2025Paper thin walls, the garage door never works, the car is broken into, people pretending to be cleaning crews to try to get into apartments, and missing packages. Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend these apartments to friends and family. Other than that, friendly and helpful staff.Property Manager Responded

May 12, 2025Great community and the leasing staff is very friendly! The apartment complex is well maintained and overall pretty clean. The only complaint I have so far is the water pressure in my shower is very weak. It’s only been a few weeks but I’m happy living here so far.Property Manager Responded

May 2, 2025It is a good place to live with all the necessary facilities and amenities. The location is excellent with only 15 min drive to DC. The property has a fully functioning gym, an outdoor sit out area with bbq grill, a club room with full access and a conference room in case you want to work from there. The managers and staff are very efficient and put in their utmost effort making sure that the residents have a good experience. Both James and Abrar are always available and ready to help with ...whatever we need.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025I have lived at the Loren since 2020. It is safe, clean, quiet, well maintained. The management is prompt to address concerns, and it is convenient to most of NOVA and DC shuttle to metro, close to shopping, at restaurants. Its a pet friendly environment.Property Manager Responded
