I’ve had a positive experience living here - feels secure and is a great location. The garage doors don’t always work or stay open sometimes but for the most part they are fine. Some maintenance requests have taken longer than appreciated. However, the staff is very responsive and helpful.

My experience living here has been excellent from day one. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a quiet and secure environment that makes everyday living easy and stress-free. great location for me, work close by, quick responses to maintenance issues since moving in. The trash situation is frustrating. The bin drop is frequently broken, and then trash room is overflowing and smells badly. The package room is disorganized. Unless the amazon locker system is used, it can take a good amount of time to locate your package if it is there. There should be a better system. Wish had known my view to the outside would be of dumpsters.

The apartment building is new and clean. I feel very safe living here and the attached parking garages make my life so much easier. I wish there were more amenities as the business center always seems to be taken up though.
