We’ve been a few years here and it’s been okay, I think they have made some progress in making changes but things are still very outdated and or broken. The fitness center is lacking new equipment and the pool is only for small children as it can’t fit adults really and is small so the summer months are not so enjoyable. Lastly the garage door is always broken, they claimed it was going to be fixed but still hasn’t been done… what do we pay a $100 fee for safe parking if always it’s broken…

I’ve had a positive experience living here - feels secure and is a great location. The garage doors don’t always work or stay open sometimes but for the most part they are fine. Some maintenance requests have taken longer than appreciated. However, the staff is very responsive and helpful.
