Best Spot in St. Augustine!
June 28, 2024This is a beautiful, hidden oasis tucked away in a centrally located spot in St. Augustine! The amenities are top of the line and everything is very well taken care of and thoughtfully assigned. Maureen at the front office is so kind and helpful with every need and question. She's been there the longest and the residents are lucky to have her. Shawn is the absolute best Maintenance Director I've ever seen, especially after renting in San Fran, Chicago and Denver. He and his team go above and ...beyond, respond so quickly and always so fun to chat with when they come by. Definitely recommend living here!Property Manager Responded

Lovely service
June 20, 2024I’ve been living here for a year now and have had the best experience. I moved from the opposite side of the country and they were so good at communication from the beginning. Maintenance responds very quick (once even killed bugs for me lol). The gym/pool are always in great condition and such a good amenity to have.
