Jerson, Paul and the leasing staff were fantastic, friendly, and communicative. I had to put in a small maintenance request after moving in and Oscar was quick to help, efficient, friendly, and gave me great suggestions for upkeep. September 2, 2024Luka is average at best. Packages are delivered and residents are never notified. Trash accumulates in common areas. Leasing office is difficult to contact and when you do get to talk to someone, they aren't much help.
