November 11, 2024The walkable resources in the area are fantastic, the apartments have a clean and modern look with floor to ceiling windows, great temperature control, strong water pressure, and some excellent views of the city. Jerson, Paul and the leasing staff were fantastic, friendly, and communicative. I had to put in a small maintenance request after moving in and Oscar was quick to help, efficient, friendly, and gave me great suggestions for upkeep. September 2, 2024Luka is average at best. Packages are delivered and residents are never notified. Trash accumulates in common areas. Leasing office is difficult to contact and when you do get to talk to someone, they aren't much help.
