Should be 1 star but price is the only good thing

Gonna just list a few reasons but theres soo many to not rent here - They will find reasons to tow you. Even if you correct 1, they will look for another - Centralized AC so they control the temp. They're CHEAP and will try to save money by any means. They cut our heat off at the beginning of February.. So that 2 months of it being FROZEN cold in your own apartment and having to use the oven as heat even though you pay for it - Maintenance has the worst customer service I have ever seen and ...
wont fix the issue. You will have to put in 3-4 requests to eventually have it at least 70% resolved - SO many different kinda bugs.. They make the roaches look minimal I can go on but trust me.. Price isnt eveything. Look elsewhere

Terrible place Over priced.

These apartments are overpriced for the little space you get. Management treats you like you’re an idiot. Multiple people have complained that the apartments get too warm in the winter and all you get is an attitude. Expect your apartment to be between 75-80 degrees or even higher. If you like sleeping in your sweat this is the place for you. The prices are also incorrect on here the utility bill is added to your rent you won’t know how much that is till you move in. Amongst the other charges.

Don't move here, save your time

A horrible place to live dealing with homeless people, staff not responding when emailing or calling them and when you need to leave they'll make a big deal out of it and whe it's time to get your deposit back nope they'll keep it and charge you for cleaning w/o itemized report and say it's for cleaning I know that I left it clean as I lived alone and had help cleaning my apt

changes unit more than two times

Loud music, cars and no privacy. Too many homeless people sleeping in cars and on street. All managers are rude since the start. Big red flag. Can’t wait to move out and definitely not paying $500 to move different units for something that wasn’t going as planned. Too much for a place that’s not renovated too. If you’re pregnant don’t waste your precious time on this place.

How this is 3 stars is beyond me!
October 1, 2022
I am currently living in this roach infested complex. Its been two months without a working refrigerator and with hot air blowing from the AC. I have reached out to management but it does nothing. The place sells you on pictures, and lies. Sign your name on the dotted line and you'll be sorry. To get out you will have to pay three months of rent not including the month you are in. Its one big money game. I wish I was exaggerating.

Don’t waste your time.

The apartments aren’t worth the price. In winter the studio can get up to 80degrees with no ac. 2 dog parks. One always ends up getting chained locked so you can’t use it. More so on weekends. The pools are never truly clean so they claim lock them as well. They have raised the rent over $100 every new lease. Look elsewhere.

Incomplete Apartment
December 2, 2021
When we moved in our apartment was incomplete. The fridge was broken, the washer didn't work, the bathroom fan didn't turn on, half the outlet in the kitchen didn't work, the AC was leaking, and more issues. We contacted them multiple times, it took them three months to correct half of it. The fridge was the only one that got done before and that was still five days we didn't have it. We asked for our rent to be reduced as we signed our lease believe our apartment would be complete. They said ...
okay, but never actually did it. It took them over a month to fix our bathroom sink that was leaking pretty bad. When our AC went out and they open it up, the inside of the vent was covered in mold. We put in a report that our light was burnt out in our living room, we later got a message saying that maintenance was in and it was fine, meaning they didn't actually look. Recently they changed the shower heads and they screwed them on too tight and now our shower is leaking and we can't even remove the head. Don't forget the constant screaming, sirens, gunshots, and cockroaches you deal with on the daily. Would never recommend this place.

Sucks

I use to live here before they got new management. Both old and new management sucks. I left shortly after new management came. Now I’m looking at the prices and it’s ridiculous. How are the fees more than the deposits for pets? Just ridiculous they always want money from people that’s all they do is take take take.

NASTY DISGUSTING

Management is horrible the upkeep of the building is very nasty it always smells like urine and smoke in the stairways this is supposed to be a gated community and every day the gates are left open there is an extreme amount of homeless people in this complex my dog has never had fleas but when he visit this apartment he got fleas horribly there is a very large infestation of roaches and bedbugs Because of management not taken care of unit responsibilities my Ceiling fell in completely they left ...
the hole open for days. LUMINA on 19th Whoever owns this building should be very ashamed I see the same comment

New management is terrible
June 25, 2021
I used to like this place. Not anymore. I’ve had air conditioning problems this summer that management doesn’t think they need to fix. The A/C units here are almost 50 years old and they need to be replaced. My wife and I have to sleep in the living room where our mobile A/C unit is that I had to buy. Management treats you like your an inmate in jail not one of there paying customers. I can’t wait til my lease is up.

WORST COMPLEX IN THE AREA
May 18, 2021
Current resident at Lumina on 19th and since the property change EVERYTHING got worse. Its one thing when your neighbors don't make you feel safe but its a whole different story when THE MANAGER MAKES YOU FEEL UNSAFE. The whole office staff acts one way when you walk in but just don't move in. No one responds so maintenance requests even when done in office. No one care about the safety and security of what is supposed to be a GATED AND SECURED COMPLEX. The buildings themselves are ROACH INFESTED ...
and ALWAYS needing to be sprayed. I hear people saying they have BED BUGS and seeing all the furniture by the dumpsters on a daily I'm inclined to believe them. If no starts were possible they'd have none.
