The location is perfect—close to everything I need but still peaceful and quiet. The building is well-maintained, and any small issues are handled quickly. July 4, 2025After living at this complex for 4 years I've notice how this complex is slowly going in the wrong direction. I'm giving 4 star because of the amount of times management switch off. The 1st and 2nd year was superb but seems like paying more and more for rent and added fees that I wasn't paying before. The apartment itself is really spacious. Love the gym very big compared to other apartment gyms. Neighbors i had were very friendly. The pool could be better as the water is always uncomfortably ...warm. Maybe put a shade covering would help. I think the location is great and love the restaurants nearby that are walkable. However doors could be fixed and see cracks in walls starting to form in the building after the 4th year. I've been living here since it was 1st built so maintaining this complex with the company now was probably the lowest priority on thier money making list. I would've stayed 1 more year but life gave me a house and moved on.Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2025Good place to live, my unit is modern and spacious, with lots of natural light and quality appliances. The amenities are a huge plus—especially the gym, and package room. February 13, 2025Horrible, apartment complex. Everything that you have read before 6 months ago is not the same. Recently has been taken over by RPM living, it has been the worst experience I’ve ever been through. My rims and tires got stolen as well as my rotors and calipers scratched, on the 4th floor of their parking garage. Their gate was broken and had been down for weeks following the incident, they have no sympathy. What happened to our on site security guard? I guess he just wasn’t working that night. ...Rent is too high and is not justified. Get ready for the noise. You have the DART overhead, a train car staging area below it (yes they have blown their horn at 1am next to the building), I-35 a block away, along with a train that runs ever 2-3 hours next to I-35 that blows its horn at every hour of the night.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024Moved this summer here and so far so good!! The ammenities are great, neighborhood is lively but not crazy, the unit itself is in great condition and was clean when moving in. Parking garage is a bit of a tight squeeze when turning but not an issue if you know how to drive and follow the speed limit in the parking garage.Property Manager Responded
