Apartment manager is absent most of the time, no matter how many times you call her direct line or visit her office for an emergency. She doesn't address issues you may have brought up with her previously. The area isn't very nice though there are many convenient stores/restaurants nearby. It's gated and some apartments come with a garage, which is a good selling point for some. Community is generally quiet, but the windows are so thin you can often be woken up at night by cars in the street. ...
There is often the sound of street racing in the middle of the night and even people yelling. I don't suggest moving here.
