January 22, 2026Living at La Contessa has been a really positive experience overall. I’ve been here for a while now, and it honestly feels like home. The location is super convenient close to stores, restaurants, and public transportation which makes daily life a lot easier. The area feels safe and quiet, especially at night, which I really appreciate. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-designed. The layout makes good use of space, and the natural lighting is great. Maintenance has been responsive ...whenever I’ve had an issue; they usually come within a day or two to fix things. The building is kept clean, and the staff at the front office are friendly and easy to talk to. They’ve always been helpful with packages, rent questions, or anything else I’ve needed.Property Manager Responded

June 28, 2025Very kind and professional office managers. They answered all my questions and made moving in very easy. I appreciate all their information and going through everything I was signing. The welcome packet was very informative. Our carpets were cleaned and floors were cleaned and waxed. The community is very lively and has lots of cute fur babies.
