December 1, 2022This complex is poorly managed, run down and extremely overpriced. The photos make it look like it's well maintained but it's not. You need to see it for yourself. This property is owned and managed by an out of state company that has no interest in anything but your rent check. I've had so many issues living here that were never addressed. Car break in's, security gates not working, amenities unavailable, animal waste everywhere, aggressive dogs to name a few. Save your money and ...frustration and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Not a bait and switch
July 5, 2022I recently moved in to La Costa Apartments. First, my apartment is actually nicer than the model (unlike other apartments in the area). Second, my neighbors have been friendly so far. Finally, I had a minor maintenance request and it was handled on the day I reported. The maintenance man was prompt, friendly, and did a beautiful job. I have not had any service like this in the past. Usually once you sign the lease and write the check, you are on your own.Property Manager Responded

Lived here for 3 years -- Great
August 18, 2021-- I have been in a one-bedroom overlooking the water area and I have always been happy. The apartment is in a great location for Naples, with four supermarkets, two Starbucks, and the beach all very close. So location wise it is a great choice. I have had two large issues that needed fixing. My dishwasher and my air condition. Both were fixed the same day I submitted a request. The maintenance staff cleans the grounds in the morning and always appear helpful. Even offering to take my trash away ...for me. The office staff has been just as responsive and pleasant when I am using their services. Management has developed a very good team. The reason I take this time to write this is that over the three years I have been there I have spoken to friends that lived in other apartment complexes. Not one was as satisfied as I was and all said they looked but chose a cheaper apartment elsewhere. With rents climbing of the newer luxury apartments, take a look at La Costa, it was a great place to live for me.Property Manager Responded
