Don’t be fooled.
December 30, 2020They do not do even minor maintenance, and fail in any large maintenance needs unless it could get them in trouble to not do it. So forget a new carpet when you move in, forget the screen door for your sliding glass door, forget the security bar you should have, forget having a working dishwasher, toilet, microwave, air conditioner. Oh, and do look forward to ridiculous rent increases, lots of lies and excuses and no help from ANYONE.Review from Apartments.com
