I've lived here 2 years now I'd move if I could but haven't had ac or heat since day one of moving in made multiple requests for them to fix it still not fixed and my roof leaks and knowing this they raised my rent but if they fixed this then I would have no problems

Im very please that thier fixing the drive ways yea there were pot holes but everything takes time .the mangement are very compassion and very nice they care greatly about thier tenants .. They put up lightings that makes me secure and im proud to say they doing alot more then what the other mangement did when i first moved here .thanks .

I live at the Sungates apartment I've lived here for 9yrs I have a 2bedrooms a bath and 1/2 it suits me just fine miner thing needs fixing my rent Is 535 a month I pay light it a struggle when Ur by yourself . the tress comes with it mybe God send me to this sight cause I can use free rent it will give me a chance to get on my feet

Not the best looking on the outside but nice inside. Will say owner doesn't take care of stuff like they said they would but still a cheap place to live.

well, when I went to look at the apartments. They were not as advertised they are run down. Rotting. Huge pot holes in parking lots and trash everywhere. Inside the apartment was spacious but not updated and it was rundown. For the price you can live in a nicer apartment and safer structure. Would not recommend.
