Very spacious! (690 sq. ft) I have the one bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and my bed frame fits perfectly against the wall along the nook part of the window, with plenty of room for activities! The balcony is great, perfect little size. The location is perfect! Right in between the 8 and 94 freeways. Literally everything is nearby: Grocery Stores, Fast Food joints, Wal Mart, Target, Dollar Store, CVS, Grossmont center, Liquor store next block over. Very quiet community. Neighbors are respectful ...

of community areas and laundry room is always kept clean, always seem to go when the washers are not in use, which is great. The Property Manager Lupe is awesome! She was very accommodating during my move in process and very communicative, can reach her via text or phone call anytime. Parking can be busy sometimes for guest, as there is only street parking on La Mesa Blvd with a lot of 1-2 parking limits. But my unit came with a parking space, so if you are a 1 car household, you will be perfectly fine. If you like your privacy and enjoy a quiet community with a large spacious apartment unit, this is the place for you.

Located about 2 min from downtown La Mesa. Great landscaping and price is affordable for San Diego. I have a one bedroom and the master is huge with new wood floors. It’s unfortunate that a lot of people complain and never lost positive info. Sad.

Awful place to live. Water is shut off once a week. They never respond to any emails or voicemails. They charge you for things that they are suppose to take care of. The management is just awful. And the buildings are made of cheap materials. Several apartments had water damage INSIDE after the rain.

Very clean and well maintained garden landscaping. Maintenance is always available and courteous. Parking in lot usually available as well as reserved parking for $30 extra per month. Complex is very quiet and peaceful. Anna the manager is always available and friendly!! Bigger square footage than most for the price. Definately would recommend this complex!!
