Unsafe apartments

TRUCK STOLEN & RANDOM MAN FOLLOWED ME TO MY DOOR, apartment complex doesn't have cameras & refuse to set up any. My doorway camera got footage of man following me (a young female) to my door, maybe worker. Complex was unhelpful when my dads truck was stolen. No security at all for a couple years now. Multiple people from around the neighborhood come & throw their trash which then fills up before it can be of any use to tenants. Charging a ...really high amount to renew lease but it has huge cockroaches outside. When we first moved in we got rid of them inside but they still are infested outside. Cars drive fast around the parking lot & no gates or sped bumps to slow them down. Toilet is still not working properly & I left voicemails for the issue. Should at least offer same price for renewal since we've dealt with unsafe issues but they are overpricing them. None of the amenities listed actually happen. They let anyone park there in the day. I've noticed multiple times cars are parked in the day but moved to the street at night to avoid towing. ¡¡¡Apartamentos inseguros!!! CAMIÓN ROBADO Y HOMBRE ME SIGUIÓ A MI PUERTA, apartamentos no tiene cámaras y se niega a configurar ninguna. No hay seguridad en absoluto desde hace un par de años. Varias personas de todo el vecindario vienen y tiran su basura, que luego se llena antes de que pueda ser de utilidad para los inquilinos. Maintenance "repairs" are useless. There is mold growing in many parts of my apartment and they have ignored the work orders I've placed. This new management is very unprofessional and it's clear that they don't have any experience.

Complex has sewage problems, no hot water, mold that they just paint over and no one answers the phone or emails for weeks. No visitor parking because they make it very difficult to have visitors.
