Nice Community and Office Staff
July 11, 2025I've only lived here about a month but everything's been great so far! The community is quiet and safe, and everyone is friendly. Do not move-in here !
May 22, 2025If I could give it negative stars I would. The management is very unprofessional and does not care for the residents. I lived in a 1st floor apartment and could hear the upstairs resident walking. The ceiling/floors are not only thin but also unsafe. As they're walking upstairs the ceiling fan is shaking and almost got unhinged from the ceiling. I called the office. They said there's nothing they can do and would not transfer me to another apartment. This is being reported as UNSAFE. Also, no ...parking and the parking spots are too small and for motorcycles not cars. Finally, I returned the keys and they charged me for "unreturned keys" - unethical and unprofessional.Property Manager Responded

DONT FALL FOR THE LEASING OFFICE!!!
October 26, 2021While the leasing office may seem nice, and the staff friendly, the complex is old and run down and management lies. I moved in 6 months ago to an apartment that was advertised as "upgraded". What i got on move in day was a dirty, run down apartment with 1980s fixtures and stained carpeting. I complained to management right away and Rhonda, the property manager apologized and promised to fix the issues. That was June. I write this on October 26. Save your money!!! the area has much nicer ...complexes that I wish I lived in.Property Manager Responded

RIDICULOUSLY overprices, grossly negligent staff
September 24, 2021Have had nothing but problems thusfar. Maintenance takes weeks to respond to issues, one of my showers has been broken for 5 MONTHS then the tile people showed up one day, unannounced, and said that they would need access to my apartment all day. They overcharge and call them "luxury" apartments when I have had issues with the washer randomly not working, the fridge freezing my food and the freezer not being cold enough to keep things frozen, and one of the doors falling off its hinges usually ...once a month! They told me they would put screens in the two windows in my apartment that don't have them when I moved in and a year later I still don't have them, but now have holes in my clothes from moths. Also promised to replace broken lightbulbs and never did. Absolutely not worth it.Property Manager Responded

The front desk people leave randomly throughout the day which makes it har dot get packages which you have to pick up from the office.The pools are closed without any notice. June 26, 2017We have lived here since November, 2012 and for the most part, it has been a positive experience. There have been a couple of instances where we've had to wait what I consider a lengthy amount of time for needed maintenance issues, but I understand they were short-staffed. On the other hand, when we discovered we were without hot water on a Friday, 20 minutes before the office closed, one phone call was all it took. Within an hour, we were the proud owners of a brand new water heater! Leslie ...(Community Manager) and her staff have consistently professional and helpful in tending to our needs.
