Recomiendo ampliamente La Palmilla!! Es una comunidad muy tranquila y con una excelente ubicación (Walmart y Centro Comercial a 5 minutos) Elementary School, excelente también!! New management took over this facility and it’s been a disaster. The office manager, Janie, is rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. Never in my life have been treated so poorly. There is no pressure on water ans they sell you the filters and sells them!! management and courtesy officer ate horrible. Was a good place until new management. STAY AWAY!!!!

The manager Janie was very rude, she did not want to show me an apartment without my proof of income. She did not let my niece who will be living with me see the apartment. I asked for a pamphlet and everything I needed to rent here and once again she did not tell me anything without seeing the paystubs. I did not like her attitude at all, and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been here over a year now, must admit since I opened contract with them Jennifer and Isabel made me feel like home. Always there to answer any inquiries no matter what time of day. I’ve recently renewed my contract and even though management has changed my go to person now is Priscilla, making me feel like home and happy to have me stay with them...can’t complain , these three girls have been very dedicated and always there for any questions or concerns...and maintenance is wonderful Mr. ...
Arturo is a people’s person always nice and polite and says hi every time you see him around. Them four have made me feel like if we’re family, always concerned about my needs and very helpful. The apartments have every type of commodity, it’s a gated community with beautiful interiors and exteriors, in unit washer and dryer hook ups, on-site laundry room, gym, pool, computer lab, community WiFi, playground for the kiddos, and even play area for our furry babies. Love it, and you won’t regret it !

I am not a tenant yet but i went to inquire about apartments and Isabel was very informative and helpful! She went the extra mile to help us and we felt very welcome with her. Definitely need more people like her around! Living space is smaller than the norm, but it’s a cozy space. Very nice and clean, grass is maintained.

I have been living here almost a year and am very happy with everything. My apartment is spacious and very comfortable, and the common areas are very nice. My dog and I especially enjoy the dog park. I've got very friendly neighbors and the office staff is excellent. Isabelle is a wonderful manager. She always goes above and beyond to help tenants and has always been warm and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment community.

Have been living at these apartments for a little over a month; my kids and I really like it. Isabel made me feel at Home from the beginning. She is professional, nice,and a very helpful manager. She is always there to answer any questions or concerns that one might have. The apartments are nice, spacious, and not to mention love the dog park! Overall I feel comfortable and safe at these apartments.

Hace 3 semanas entregue $200 dlls de deposito plus $25 de aplicación. Después de 3 semanas me dan papeles para seguir firmando y les digo que ya no voy a firmar papeles que no me informaron desde un inicio que entregué todos mis documentos. Ahora ya no me quieren regresar mis $200 dlls de depósito y me dan un mal trato al ir a pedir mi depósito de regreso. Un servicio muy injusto. Por favor no entreguen depósito hasta que les entreguen su contrato de renta.

Just moved to Edinburg and I have to say Isabell made me feel like home and it so welcoming with the awesome staff. Always clean and management is always there to assist with anything. I feel safe living here knowing that the apartments are gated. Neighbors are all great! I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
