WARNING!! 8-3-2019
Do not rent here.
Manager will not follow or respect the turms of your lease. I lived here 3&1/2 yrs not one complaint from tennents or management.
When I tried to arrange a time to be present for my 6month inspection, I was told I had no right to be there. WRONG!!! Leases states two day notification before work/repairs to the apartment, also no proper notice. Went to the office to talk to her about it and she came up with some bogus repair sheet and insisted I made the ...
appointment, NOT! If something is going on inside the apartment I'm leasing I have the right to be there. That's standard in the lease.
When I tried to have a adult conversation with Stephanie the newest manager about respecting the terms of the lease she completed affirmed she had every right to enter.WRONG!!!
Zero bacis communication skills, general rudness and bullying by her creates very unpleasant atmosphere.
Stephanie will quickly escalate any form of communication to have her final word.
I was served with a non-renewal lease after attempting to have communication with her.
The tenants are always gathered in the parking lot talking about how unfairly they've been treated and how rude and disrespectful she is.
If standing outside your apartment after 10:00pm she will stand there stare at you and tell you to go back in your apartment. REALLY IS THIS EVEN ACCEPTABLE!!!!
I did contact the main office and they didn't care. There's so much more I could say about the condition of the cabinets, stoves you are given and the refrigerators that are broken and cheap. Stay far away from this place!!!
