noisy, no hot water, noisy
July 29, 2021Can’t sleep here because there are so many neighbors above me stomping constantly. Ceiling and doors are so thin you can hear everything . Also, no hot water and they make you pay for water, sewer trash!!! Even though it’s not metered separately. Don’t rent here.Review from Apartments.com
Nice place for the price
September 23, 2015The room is spatial with full set of kitchen utilities. However, I don't really care for the carpet and the rough wall surface. My room is facing the center pool, so it might be noisy during weekends. it's worth mentioning that this building is one minute walk from both Von's and the gym :) overall, I'd rate it 4 stars, one star is deducted b/c it's not perfect, but in terms of its price, I think it's a good place.Review from Apartments.com
