Horrible Move In Experience
March 23, 20261. yellow stains on hallway bathroom ceiling 2. black stains in master toilet 3. wet carpet upon move in that wasn’t vacuumed prior. aka a mold feeding ground. luckily, we noticed and set up fans & vacuumed thoroughly. 4. deep scratches in the stove 5. broken sliding screen door for porch 6. holes in the corner of the ceiling 7. improper bath refinishing. been here for 4 months and still hasn’t been done (this is on our end. they want us out of the house for 5 hours which i cannot do having ...an infant) but this shouldn’t even be an issue because it should’ve been done properly prior to move in 8. gave us a bad gate key. it doesn’t work 9. got upset about a grey curtain… 10. rude office ladies 11. wouldn’t let us see the unit we paid for & signed a lease for prior to the day of move in ^ all noticed on day one of living here.Property Manager Responded

Our goal is always to deliver a home that is ready and comfortable at move-in, with all preparations completed as close to the move-in date as possible. While we do our best to accommodate early access or previews, this can be limited when final work is still in progress. Prior to move-in, photos of the apartment were made available, and we encourage all residents to submit their move-in inspection forms so any concerns can be documented and addressed promptly. In this instance, we were unable to verify several of the items mentioned, as the inspection form was not received despite follow-up attempts. That said, when concerns were brought to our attention, we made multiple efforts to schedule and complete any necessary repairs. We acknowledge that a few items required attention and worked to resolve them as quickly as your access allowed. Providing quality homes and ...responsive service remains our priority. February 23, 2021Have lived here for almost two years and intend to stay. My one bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The large patio area and separate laundry room complete an ideal living space. July 7, 2020Our experience at La Serena has been outstanding. The complex is situated in a beautiful, quiet and safe location. The controlled access (gated) and convenient parking is a plus! Ground maintenance crews are on site consistently to ensure the outdoor area is neat and presentable. La Serena management and maintenance staff is incredibly friendly. Suggestions and issues are dealt with quickly and courteously. We frequent the pool, hot tub, tennis court, and workout facility; wonderful community ...amenities that most complexes do not offer. Spacious & quiet
September 16, 2015The apartment is very spacious with a larger kitchen than most apartment complexes. The units have a large patio with two different doors. Overall the apartment is very nice. The downside is that there is a lot of spiders... It feels like I'm killing one three times a week. My unit is on the first story which might explain that problem.Review from Apartments.com
