      La Terraza is a great apartment complex in a great area of west San Jose. I've lived here almost 4 years and love my one bedroom, my balcony and the beautiful courtyard. The grounds are really kept up well and the maintenance staff is always great and responsive. It's also a great area. Close to so many shops and stores and is right off the 280 which is also super convenient.

      Location, positioning of available unit, and cost for the sq footage offering was the main reason to my choosing. However, the 3 stars is for the application process, the glitches to database, delay in full approval, acceptance to receiving the keys - it was quite disappointing. As well as as incorrect or disabled email for the Xfiniity rep. A few not so great experiences in inspecting the apartment - extremely filthy dishwasher, storage room in the patio dead bolt did not work for my key (it ...
      was not re-keyed from the new tenant), and thirdly, the mailbox key did not work. Overall the experience of moving in would be rated a 2-3 stars.

      I’ve had a great experience at La Terraza Apartments. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained, and the maintenance team is very responsive and quick to fix any issues. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

      Great place to live. Management always on top of everything. Beautiful apartments with beautiful courtyards that are kept up weekly. And it's a great neighborhood as well. Lots of stores and shops in the area and right off the 280.
