Bad management
January 12, 2024I did not enjoy living here. The management team is shady and will do whatever it takes to save or make money, especially to the detriment of their tenants. We could never sleep due to upstairs neighbors making noise all night, which management did nothing about. Many other issues with this place. Very Comfortable Here!
February 9, 2022I recently moved to the Bay Area from LA and It was NOT easy navigating and finding a great place to live. I’m so grateful that I found Amber at La Valencia Homes, she was so comforting and diligent about finding me a unit to suit my needs. I especially appreciate that even when I could sense she was busy, she made herself available to assist me. I love the renovations that were made prior to moving into the unit and the minor maintenance issues I experienced were taken care of expeditiously, ...thanks to Neo the maintenance manager. Lastly they offer Trash Valet service, which I will never be able to live without. I am very comfortable here at La Valencia!Property Manager Responded

No parking, old/outdated community, roaches in unit!
