The management team is shady and will do whatever it takes to save or make money, especially to the detriment of their tenants. We could never sleep due to upstairs neighbors making noise all night, which management did nothing about. Many other issues with this place. I’m so grateful that I found Amber at La Valencia Homes, she was so comforting and diligent about finding me a unit to suit my needs. I especially appreciate that even when I could sense she was busy, she made herself available to assist me. I love the renovations that were made prior to moving into the unit and the minor maintenance issues I experienced were taken care of expeditiously, ...thanks to Neo the maintenance manager.
