quiet civilized living. perfect for responsible adults
February 19, 20241. management responsive and courteous. 2. clean apartment - no signs of mice/insects anywhere. 3. no nickle/diming on extra unneceessary 'features' 4. well built apt - great insulationh. i have yet to hear noise from neighbours TV or disturbances. in winter, apartment was warm. about 65. yet my , my heating bill was only about $100 --- and i worked from home most days.. 5. civilized fellow renters . 6. giant balconies. 7. layout of apt is perfect. living area is generous .... bedroom completely isolated and can be used for quiet time. no wasted nooks and crannies. 8. giant walk-in closet. 9. deposit was only $300 (varies with credit score). 10. offers option to buy out lease. 11. indoor pool 12. my apartment living is so comfortable here that i have no intentions of going back to house-living. 13. the neighbourhood seems safe and quiet. 14. shopping is walking distance away. 15. parking is convenient.Property Manager Responded

Scam. Money hungry.
April 22, 2023Literally the worst apartment. Way to much. Can Literally rent a house for what they are charging. The NEVER fix things properly. They will lie to your face. And then give you 7 different fees on top of your rent.Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2015Here at LA Vida Buena we have a diverst community. I love how peacfull it is here. Our apartment is a 2bd 2bath with plenty of room. The patio area is big enough for a nice relaxing area or patio set. Management is great. They do everything they can to make it nice here. They are friendly and respective. These apartments once had some bad reviews but with the new management they have really turned this place into a home. I never want to live anywhere else.Review from Apartments.com
