      This complex is very poor. When I signed my contract it stated that it had a pool and gym. It's only been open 1 time in 10 months. My children are always disappointed cause these extra features are always closed. I have reach promblem.

      I like this apartments from the moment I saw them, there landscape is very well taken care of. Its location is great, we have 2 HEB's and 2 WallMarts 1 1/2 miles away. We have the Sunrise Mall within 4 miles It has a medium courtyard with a pool lounge chairs and dining tables. It has a playground for children. The apartment supervisor is very friendly and helpful, the assistant supervisor is not friendly has a bad attitude. The biggest problem I have is that the apartment is infested with ...
      small and tiny cockroaches I have to double wash everything I use I am embarrass to entertain in this apartment. They spray every 2 month but it does not help. I have repeatedly complained but there's no solution, as soon as my lease is over I will move. For that reason I give this apartment 3 stars
