February 13, 2020I lived at the property 2 years 7 months. I paid the full security deposit of $555. I gave them a 40 day notice when I knew I was going to move. I claim the oven three times to be sure that it was clean. I replaced the burner plates under the stove burners I hired movers to move me out. I went back with all the furniture was out. I vacuumed I mopped a clean the toilets. I clean the tub. They still kept $70 of my deposit because they said I did not lift the stove. Top and clean I have to say it is ...a quiet place to live. I want say what building I lived in. But the neighbors are older. And nosy I also did not like when there is a problem besides dealing with whoever is causing the problem. They send a notice out to everyone. For example, if you park in someone's parking space. Or if a guest parks in your neighbor's parking space. Besides talking to The one on the least they sent out a notice to everyone. But if you're just looking for a quiet place. It is a place for you. Quietest Neighborhood Ever!
August 15, 2015The units are very clean and maintained nicely by the staff before and after a tenant leaves. Everyone in my building and adjacent buildings are very nice and friendly, it is like Mr. Roger's Neighborhood where i live. Very nice management and prompt service and response on any issues that arise within your apartment.Review from Apartments.com
