Great Pleace
January 23, 2025We have lived here going on 4th year! We love it, we moved here with never seeing the place, Ms. Glenda helped me get everything taken care of. We lived in Bentonville Arkansas and needed to move back asap due to my sister being ill, I called and spoke to Ms. Glenda and when we arrived, it was wonderful, 100 percent perfect. Just like any place things happen, but they are quick on it. We have no plans on moving anytime soon, when you find a place like this, you stay!Review from Apartments.com
Lease elsewhere
December 1, 2018had a terrible time living here. Management is awful, gate is always broken, dumpster exposed and overflowing, pool is always closed, and the complex floods easily. They pride themselves on their ultimate useless amenities. There are much better places in Lafayette for the price, trust me.Review from Apartments.com
Love my community
September 9, 2015We moved to Lafayette from Minnesota and were a little nervous about the transition. I have to say that we made the right choice by choosing Lafayette Gardens. The facilities are clean and well kept, and everyone is super nice and friendly. If something breaks or needs attention the maintenance staff addresses the issue right away. Sometimes the same day. The facility is very dog friendly, having three different dog park areas. The pool is always clean and well kept. They have so much for the ...kids having a play area and basketball court. The convenience of having the car care center is great. This apartment is right in the heart of everything, having restaurants and shopping right down the road. They offer personal security systems and the community is gated. We just love it. All the staff have been so nice and accommodating; Mrs Glenda and Susan have gone out of the way to help.
