Love marijuana smoke and loud neighbors? Then this is the place for you!

Nice apartments in a nice neighborhood, however management has allowed marijuana smokers to move in. The lobby and courtyard now smell of marijuana. Worse even, marijuana smoke travels through any ventilation in the walls and into adjacent apartments. Management has been notified of the situation, but don't appear to have any plans to rectifying the situation.
