It's a Insane Insylum
August 15, 2019Roach infested, Mice; Maintenance never comes; been waiting over 16 months for a repair; the Ambulance is there ever night for one tenant; they paint over chipped paint; the bathroom light bulbs are hanging from the fixture. The carpet is old and they said; it's brand new; Over is from the 1960's as well as the cabinets; the Air Conditioner never worked; still doesn't work; and they control the heat so it's always cold; The Dryer cost $5.00 to dry and the clothes still don't dry; they must have ...turned the dryers down; and there is never ever a parking space, and if you are late on rent they automatically take you to majistrate on the 5th day and the rent's are too high for what you get.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 9, 2016What a great place to transition from apartment to house...I lived at Lafayette Plaza for a bout 3 years. Maintenance staff was wonderful, always polite and very timely. The ladies in the office were great as well, very polite and professional. If you're looking for a warm, friendly place to live on the east end of York, close to shopping and tons of restaurants, you should consider Lafayette Plaza.Review from Apartments.com
