April 19, 2025I've been a resident at Laguna Reserve for nearly three years. Noise disturbances from neighbors—including loud televisions and music—are common and frustrating. In addition to the noise, the apartment units themselves are in need of repairs and ongoing maintenance. Issues like faulty plumbing and broken appliances have been persistent, with slow or inadequate responses from management. More concerning is the management's handling of resident complaints. I reported a situation involving a ...neighbor on the first floor of Building A who was behaving in a threatening and disrespectful manner. Unfortunately, when I brought this to the attention of the management team—specifically Denise, April, and Jamika—my concerns were dismissed without any proposed resolution or guidance on how to proceed. Living in New Orleans, I understand that urban living comes with its challenges. However, the dismissive attitude I experienced from the management staff is unacceptable. I urge corporate or the property owners to step in and ensure a safe, respectful, and well-maintained living environment for all residents.Property Manager Responded

It used to be Good
August 7, 2024Lived here for 6 years, the management company/ownership over it in 16 was good, but then the new one came and it just got worse, the maintenance staff was friendly, and they tried when they could, but but the property management, could care less, when there was nails everywhere because of construction, they offered no help despite tires popping, there would be random fees, and let us not forget the garbage valet fees that stopped and started and stopped and started, then they cut folks satellite ...dishes down because the property said ownership didn’t like it, then you have to pay rent at Walmart, or you can pay on line for a hefty fee, it took them forever to fix the mailbox, if you need a spot to get your life together, or not too expensive then this is a fine place, don’t have too high of expectations, but if you can go some where else do soProperty Manager Responded
