Great location and W/D in the unit!
March 16, 2021I have been living here for a year and I love it. I'm 20 minutes from everywhere as the access to the 405 is one block down. I take my doggie to Lake Balboa Park which is 5 minutes away and they have doggie stations in the premises BTW! Management is on site so any problems are fixed pretty quickly! Horrible
December 28, 2019Always dirty, gates don’t work all the time, which allows the homeless to come in. Rent is so high and not taken care of. There is no grill and not social activities. People are always crashing right in front. People don’t clean after their pets. Rooms are extremely small. Gym does not exceed what is seen in the pic. Do yourself a favor and look else where.Review from Apartments.com
