We also have a limited availability of FULLY FURNISHED townhomes at an all inclusive rate! Used to be good but new management is awful. Live somewhere else
August 25, 2023This used to be a great property with decent management. A recent change in management has ruined what was good about these apartments. Find somewhere else to live. They play silly games like announcing impromptu "home inspections" with less than a weeks notice then cancel the day of. They claim this is due to inadequate weather- except the weather is exactly as it was forecasted when they announced these inspections. They take out their poor planning on their tenets because they're ...inconsiderate and have no interest in pretending to care. Additionally, they claim to have quick responding maintenance but in reality they artificially inflate their response time by marking problems as resolved once they begin working on them, not when the job is actually complete. They let the lawn go uncut for nearly 2 full months, till there were sections that were easily above a foot tall, then lied and try to say it wasn't their fault instead of taking accountability. The list goes on, but the unfortunate reality is the new management sucks and you'll be happier living somewhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
