  • 3 Year Review. Ok at best, wouldn't recommend

    Moved in here because I needed a place and the cost was reasonable. Never had issues with anyone and parking has always been available. The unit was fine for well over a year, laundry was ok as well but I then started having issues. AC broke for about 2-3 months before the cold started, never got fixed but the heater works so thats good. Kitchen lamp began to leak water for well over a month before someone fixed it upstairs, filled cabinets with water and informing the staff several times didn't ...
    really do much to help. Shower leaked water, kitchen sink leaks water, toilet handle broke and it's just been like that for over a month now. Small laundry area has few working about 3-4 dryers and washers. The other, much larger with over a dozen washer and dryer, has had no hot water and broken dryers for several months now. This is a place thats ok but it does have too many inconveniences and serious lack of maintenance. I will be moving out when the lease is done.

    I moved in these apartments with hopes that everything would be OK it started out ok my AC went out in July 24 never got fixed I was I'm my apartment sweating like a slave cooking & bathing super hot at night then they had my bedroom windows sealed shut I could of put a windows unit in the window then as winter came U have been without heat they put a new unit in yesterday it's January then dealing with all that I live downstairs & the neighbor above me has been pissed that they moved below him ...
    he has harassed me for almost a year it started out with loud blasting music 7 days a week then he violations si now it's stooping in his apartment laying in his bed all night moving in his bed and it sqeaks or the cat running thru the apartment all night listening to every move I make in my apartment he's invading my privacy all they want is rent money all these apartments are the same

    2 months no ac. The manager of the property is a horrible condescending person. Whole windows are shattered on the property. They pay their friends to write 5 star reviews. This place is not friendly once you sign a lease

  • Poor amenities, poor maintenance and poor customer service

    Although the cost of rent is cheap, you get what you pay for! Their website advertises 2 beautiful pools, in which are not open for residents to use. When asked about it, residents are given differing answers; “They’re under maintenance.” or “We‘re just waiting to hire a life guard.”. In addition to that, my AC has been broken since July 2 and nobody has been out to repair it yet.. it’s July 12. There is zero communication from maintenance/property manager on when to expect repairs. When asked ...
    about this they told me “expect delays” and “buy a window unit”. I was also told they only have 1 technician to repair AC units, and they are not outsourcing work. If you are considering living at Lake Castleton, sometimes the cheaper option isn’t the best. Look elsewhere!

If you would have asked me a few months ago or even a few weeks ago I would have told you I loved living here. It is close to where I work, close to shopping and everything you need is close by.     was told that they would honor the text, but the person that needed to write up the new lease was at lunch and asked that I come back tomorrow, I said sure or that they could email it to me.     I have lived here since March of 2021. They sell you what you want to hear. I am leaving here this July. As nice as they are in the office, maintenance is not even present. My AC has been broke since November of 2021, nothing has been done. Crime is through the roof, daily car break ins, car fires, murders, horrible living conditions. You are just a number to them. I hope they turn this place around, but believe me, do not move here.
