This place is a dump. There's trash all out in front of tenants doors. Very old building. Ceilings falling apart. Cement walls. No privacy. Looks like a bunch of welfare people and drug dealers live there. The kids run around unsupervised. It's not even worth $200 a month to live there. I wouldn't live there again if it were free.

Very bad place to live. The place is a dump. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. There's a bed bug infestation. A lot of drugs and crime.
