At first I was hesitant on applying due to the reviews but I decided to drive by and stop in for a visit and gather more information. The office was closed to the public but Ms. Chantel was more than helpful with providing me all the information I needed such as fees associated, availability, pricing, how to apply and view the apartment tours virtually. I am approved and have been given my welcome letter. Ms. Chantel gave me options and set the expectations for my move in date. Again, I had great customer service, warm welcoming smiles, I was able to meet the property manager Ms. Candace who was extremely sweet as well as Ms. Erica everyone was pleasant, welcoming and friendly. I have yet to move in but I am more than excited and hope it will remain that way. All my calls and emails have been returned immediately thank you all

Poor Communication/Misleading Listings

I applied for a 1 bed 1 bath unit on 7/12 after checking on apartments.com as well as the complex’s direct website. Both websites showed that they had multiple 1 bed 1 bath units available. I also called the leasing office to confirm. After confirming the availability and confirming that there was no waitlist, I applied. Trying to be patient, I waited a few days, but called after I heard nothing back from anyone. The leasing agent confirmed that my application was there, and they were waiting on ...
screening. I waited another few days for them to get back to me. No one reached out so I called again. The leasing agent then told me that they had no availability’s anymore and that I would be refunded the $250 fee. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and no refund has been given. Also, no one is picking up the phone at the leasing office. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend if this is the way they choose to operate.

Don't waste your time

Don't move here management is very unprofessional.Me and my family didn't even move in yet and we where told a move in date that had changed 3 times and when it came to the move in date they kept changing our apartment. It's very unacceptable because we had furniture coming to the wrong apartments lost furniture ,people stilling are stuff and its like no one cares it's disrespectful a lot of money was lost in are moving process. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME

Unprofessional and unorganized

Me and my husband have been waiting on them to let us know anything about the apartment we applied for. They told us we should know something on certain days and we have yet to hear from them. We have to call them to get any information. They are very unorganized. I would love to get my application fee money back because it shouldn’t take this long to find out if you’re approved or not for a place.

Don't move here!

We went almost 3 months without a mail box. We were told to find a friend to take our mail or buy a PO Box. It was during tax season, so I had to track down all my missing W2s that were returned. I am still trying to track down and get a missing paycheck that was returned. It was so horrible and stressful. No one should have to go through that. It is in a VERY dangerous area and there is trash everywhere. It floods all the time and you have to walk through mud to get to and from the ...

Littered with Trash

Tenants place their garbage bags on their cars to take to the dumpster, forget it's there, it falls off the car and litters the main road spewing trash up and down the road. The management doesn't pick up the trash leaving the community in front of the property nasty.

Decent. Not perfect, overpriced & break ins.

The view from my porch is the best thing here, besides having a roof over my head. The only problems I have is the broken gate and horrid trash compactor, which overflows every other day. Their solution is to place a dumpster next to the compactor to collect excess trash, but that overflows as well and isn't removes until says later. This blocks the side of the road where traffic is going out and forces us to drive on the side where traffic comes in. There's usually only one by the front gate ...
and its only accessible by stairs. The stench is extremely strong, there are flies all over, the stairs and pavement around the stairs are always filthy, sticky and surrounded by big holes in the ground where giant rats live. Often there's a rat running across the street by the compactor, up and down the stairs and into the bushes of the building adjacent to it. There was once a dead rat in a parking spot. There isn't just one rat, there's at least 10 that was once seen inside of the dumpster doors.

Horrible don't waste your time nor money

When I first applied the staff was very nice, and made it seem as if they would be a wonderful community to live in. After I moved in, it's been bad from there on out. The things that were needed to be fixed which should have been done before I moved in, STILL hasn't been fixed. I've been here for over a month. Right in between the busy world and the peaceful outdoors. Just down the street from Six Flags over Georgia, the very famous amusement park and around the corner from countless restaurants and grocery stores, you'll enjoy only having to travel a couple of minutes or less to get where you need to go. Living here is comfortable, convenient and homey.

I wouldn't recommend anyone living here.There is always trash scattered around the ground everywhere, people lounging around in the streets and on the steps. They only have one dumpster for the whole complex, and it's always overly full with trash laying all around it. There was even a shooting here a few months back, which scared me to death. I don't think the amount you pay is worth staying here.
