Moved In With Ease

Roaches
December 4, 2025It is "ok" because the kitchen is cute. If...you don't mind ROACHES. Cheap blinds. Smelly carpet. Rude office staff. Paint that peels off the wall. Yellow smoke stains on bathroom walls by the vent and ceiling. Constant stench of cigarettes and marijuana in my apartment...24/7. Worst decision I've ever made moving here. Goose crap everywhere. The only ok thing is the maintenance staff...very nice guys and work hard. The rest...awful.Property Manager Responded

Quick, Smooth & Easy Move in Today
October 31, 2025I’m so excited to start living here at Lake Eden the community is beautiful! The staff is súper friendly, I got to work with VB who, helped get moved-in right away since I need to move ASAP with my daughters. He communicated with me every step of the move-in process and even helped me get the unit I wanted with the washer and dryer connections in the apartment.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2025Upon getting my new promotion at work and looking for a new place, I could lay my head at night. I came across Lake Eden. Upon putting in an application I was helped by PC! She answered any all questions that I had and she helped the process go smoothly and quickly. Between the tour, The application, Getting the keys and officially moving in. PC helped through it all! She’s amazing very professional and helped With anything that I had in regards to questions! I was welcome to my new home with a ...gift basket. The community is nice. Wonderful Community and Staff
October 24, 2025I was looking for a place to call home and came upon Lake Eden. Scheduled a tour with PC and it went great. She was very welcoming and friendly. Answered all of our questions. We decided to apply and were approved quickly. The move in process was easy, with the help of our leasing agent PC. She even welcomed us with a cute gift basket. So far everything has been great.
