My Move-In Today Was Quick and Smooth!

Just Moved To Lake Eden!
August 20, 2025I just moved to Lake Eden yesterday, and I’m loving my experience so far from the beautiful property and the onsite amenities such as wash and dryer facilities for residents. The AJ & VB made the move-in process smooth, and maintained communication with me throughout the process. They let me tour my unit before moving in as well. Beautiful neighborhood
August 11, 2025Lake Eden is very Beautiful, I love the view of the lake and their swimming pool! Leasing agent KA was very helpful with my application. She was very patient with me and her communication was great! Not a single detail was missed! All of the office staff AJ, VB, PC, MO were also nice they helped me get a quote for an application! Moved-In Today!
August 8, 2025I just moved in today at Lake Edén, I love the floor plan that they gave me it was fully upgraded and fully renovated. It was exactly what I asked for on the first floor. I worked with VB who made the moving process so easy, he answered all my questions and even provided us with a move-in bag to help get it started with our move! Run Run Run
May 20, 2025New management team, rude and unprofessional. Management team will come in apartment without 24hr notice and also send maintenance in without 24hr notice. They give additional charges out of nowhere. The apartments in the buildings in the back have roaches and bedbugs , they will not let you out of your lease knowing they moved you in with those issues. I have seen several people at the rental office complain over this. The pool days/hours are only when the rental office is open, if it’s even ...open. Old and outdated the price is fair but not worth the headache or issues.Property Manager Responded
