Uninhabitable Conditions at Move in!
April 29, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comUnit was NOT move-in ready. ROACH activity observed and carpet contained CAT LITTER saturated with URINE beneath the CARPETS. Issues were not properly addressed until a formal complaint was filed. Inspect units carefully before signing.Property Manager Responded
