Uninhabitable Conditions at Move in!

Unit was NOT move-in ready. ROACH activity observed and carpet contained CAT LITTER saturated with URINE beneath the CARPETS.
Issues were not properly addressed until a formal complaint was filed.
Inspect units carefully before signing.

when I even first moved in the place wasn’t properly cleaned or updated, closet was hanging on by a thread and walls are thin if you can afford it highly suggest looking elsewhere
