Bev and Michael here. We've been here a year and a half. Best decision besides marrying one another that we ever made. Super friendly and helpful front office staff. The grounds are always kept nice. Well maintained residences. Close to Kreager Park. Georgetown Square is five minutes away. Single story living. Pet friendly. And a POOL! C'mon be our neighbors!

I lived at this apartment complex for almost four years. The staff are so friendly, maintenance is prompt, the community is peaceful, and the apartments are built like mini houses. If you have a chance to rent from here, do it!

I do like this apartment complex. It's so quite here, peaceful and theres a BIG park, Kreager park, right next to it. Very convenient. The staff here are really nice. The only thing, is that I believe the rent is WAY too high here with what they offer. And if you're late they charge a $25 late fee, plus $5 each day that its late. Don't like that, but I love the triple doors for the patio, great for security.

Lake Forest Village apartments in Fort Wayne,Indiana are the best. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They plan different activities for the tenants to meet each other. I love the quiet atmosphere of the complex. You can have a small garden plot during the summer to raise fresh vegetables.

Large friendly community of single story apartments at a fair price. Friendly, yet privacy is respected. I have lived here about 10 years. I love my covered parking! No loud neighbors or drama last long. It is a quiet and peaceful community. Some young families and many older retired residents. The three maintenance guys respond to issues quickly. Great location by park.

The apartments are very spacious and affordable. The apartments are really well designed. I rarely hear anything from my neighbors through the walls! The staff in the office is personable and always fun to talk too. The maintenance group does a great job on fixing anything wrong in a timely manner. In the winter, they are really fast on snow removal and in the summer they keep the lawns looking great!

My husband, I, and our 6 year old son live in an amazing apartment complex. They have kept this place very well taken care of. We love that it's only 1 floor with cathedral ceilings.
