Move-out Lake Forest Apartments - Muskegon, Mi
April 12, 2016I moved out & was charged for carpet cleaning for a spot at entry. Never was I told I could get carpets cleaned on my anniversary date of move-in. I'm a clean person & that apt was probably cleanest they've ever seen. Don't expect to get your deposit back. They'll find something to charge you for. The laundry facility in bldg was horrible. Complained & nothing ever happened. Did my laundry at local laundry mat for 2 yrs. Mgmt went downhill after first yr there. Also, you get charged a ...full month rent for leaving before your lease is up. I'm speckled the walls before I left & they never said thanks. Maintenance if they could would use duck tape to fix all. Winter the sidewalks didn't get shoveled in a timely manner.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Lake Forest Apartments
September 23, 2015These apartments are located on a beautiful property. It is very quiet here tucked back from the main road. Tons of shade as it feels like we are a forest. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. If you need maintenance they either get to it that day or the next business day. Apartments are spacious and have plenty of storage. The only downside is there isn't always enough parking spaces and you have to walk away to your apartment building.Review from Apartments.com

August 24, 2015Very spacious apartment, effective maintenance, friendly office staff, clean buildings. Plowing in the winter could be better. Also, the roads within the complex are very narrow, and dangerous around sharp curves.Review from Apartments.com
