Terrible!
December 15, 2021The maintenance is terrible. There is always something wrong with my apartment. Vent leaks in the hallway, something always breaking and everything is old and out dated.Property Manager Responded

WORST PLACE
December 9, 2021First of all don’t move here if you like trash in your hallways and the smell of marijuana!! Do not move here if you can’t afford to fix things on your own maintenance doesn't respond well with requests so I advise you to blow the office phone up , wait let me save you time they don’t answer it at all but they love to sit in the office and be super busy to answer a phone that conversation can take less than 5 mins !!! My car was broken into !! Make sure you call the non emergency number ( not 911 ...but the non emergency number ) make your complaints to them for example loud neighbors this and that and save it get a report number. Anything so you have proof that you spoke to the office and you called officers out thank me later !! The walls are thin very thin that I hear my upstairs neighbors bed squeak !! Do Not Live Here
August 2, 2021The apartment we tried to live in was uninhabitable. There was black mold on all the windows and in the seal of the fridge door. There was green mold on the cabinet doors. The smell of rodent urine was horrible. There were mouse droppings in the utility closet. Not to mention the apartment itself was very dirty when we moved in. We could not stay there. There was grease coming down the wall from the stove exhaust. There was a hole in one of the doors and crayon writing on the doors. And ...now they are taking their time returning our money to us.Property Manager Responded

March 29, 2017I recently toured the model units and grounds of Lake Forest as part of my search for an apartment rental.They did not have a unit available that met my needs (first floor, wood view) but Erica in the leasing office did an excellent job. It was the end of what looked to be a busy Saturday for her, yet she was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She followed up with me on Monday. My Happy Place
March 2, 2017I really enjoy living here at Lake Forest. The office staff is always super nice to me and answer me promptly. Whenever i have a work order put in they always complete it within a day or two which is great i absolutely love that they care about their residents. I recently saw the new grills getting delivered and i can't wait to use the pool and have a cook out with my friends and family here. December 28, 2016This is a really quiet place to live. The people that live here mostly keep to themselves, but everyone is really nice and courteous to each other. The staff is always here and available if you need something. There's always someone fixing or making improvements to something and they keep the place nice and clean. You decide
August 4, 2015I have been living here for about 3 years. I really enjoy how quiet and hidden the apartments are. There is a good amount of yard space for my dog. I haven't had any issues with my neighbors or break ins with my car. I've had no real problems if i needed something fixed, they've came in about 4 days to fix non emergency issues. There are some negatives though. One being that the walls are a little thin. Sometimes i can hear peoples tv's. The second is that rent and deposits are really high. My ...rents gone up $20-30 every year. That seems really high when they are already robbing me on a $35 pet deposit where I've paid upwards of $1500 in pet fees.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
