If I could give a zero I would
May 4, 2023The management does not do there jobs! They make up lease terms in order to intimate and bully residents. The maintenance guy smirks and laughs when he finds your concerns invaild. It's been stated to me that all apartments have a pest issue! All amenities listed are a joke. Specifically the laundry facilities they do not maintain and are usually inoperable. They closed out work orders without completing work. My list goes on.... pick anywhere else!Review from Apartments.com
Cheaper Place in Daphne
January 22, 2016I have been living here for 1 year and 5 months, dish washer has not worked, cable has not worked, when you call the front office for help, we have been referred to Direct TV, where you are on the phone for hours trying to resolve the problem, never gets resolved. Older place, Water bill runs $40 I am a single mom with an 8 year old. 2 bedroom is $649 $75 Cable $40 Water. Office has change hands several times, my rent has been paid on time every time, and has NEVER EVER been late. The air ...condition unit runs continuous in the summer and it never gets under 78 degrees - in the unit, bill tends to be high since the unit never shuts off. We were told it is because we are on the 2nd floor and the shingles are baking making it hot inside Just an older and more run down place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Decent , but has potential...
July 26, 2015I have been living here for 2 years now. Seems like they change property management company's quite often. It's a older built apartment, but basic none the less. If you don't care and just looking for a affordable spot for a year or two, this is for you . Community has really cleaned up the past two years. Raising the standards on who they let live here has really helped. They have a nice pool. A lot of issues with the A/C units or the insulation,during the summer it gets hot. Also need to do ...some remodeling as they are all almost still original appliances, cabinetry, carpet, or at least mine is. They always have a friendly staff working here.
