April 11, 2018Pros: low price, lots of space, quiet neighborhood Cons: infested with roaches, no pest control, no recycling pickup, listed on every website as pet friendly but actually not, buildings need renovation (broken dishwasher, cabinet doors falling apart, bathroom fans don’t work, unreliable plumbing), limited parking, management is terrible at communication.Review from Apartments.com
