July 28, 2025Do not go to this apartment, these people will never come to fix anything. The AC will never give problems. They will never fix it. I have been here for 2 years. The house is full of mold. Everything is broken inside. People do nothing. The yard is always full of garbage. No one can enter the yard.Property Manager Responded

Very Bad, roaches, low class, towing, bad communication.
April 27, 2025This place is very low class. The complexes are infested with roaches. They have bad communication. They tow your car if you don’t have an updated parking decal even though they know you are a resident. You are not allowed to have one free guest (48 hours/month) so they tow their car. Their towing company (Boulevard Towing) scratches your car and wouldn’t take accountability. They purposely write that your car was in a poor condition so they don’t have to pay for the damages they have caused. ...That make late water bill payments, and have the city come to our doors to tell us they will be shutting off the water.Property Manager Responded

Worst apartments in MIAMI gardens
December 26, 2024The people in the office are rude the apartments have mold that they are covering up the pool be dirty they raise rent every year your lease over the trash situation is terrible raccoons in the trash ac units are old an goes out just all around terrible smh i give this property no starsProperty Manager Responded
