Very Bad, roaches, low class, towing, bad communication.
April 27, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is very low class. The complexes are infested with roaches. They have bad communication. They tow your car if you don’t have an updated parking decal even though they know you are a resident. You are not allowed to have one free guest (48 hours/month) so they tow their car. Their towing company (Boulevard Towing) scratches your car and wouldn’t take accountability. They purposely write that your car was in a poor condition so they don’t have to pay for the damages they have caused. ...That make late water bill payments, and have the city come to our doors to tell us they will be shutting off the water.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
