October 24, 2025The location, community, amenities, and views at Lake House are all five-star. Unfortunately, the overall experience is dampened by an ongoing fire alarm issue that management has yet to resolve or communicate about effectively. In just over two years, the alarm has gone off in the middle of the night (typically between 12 and 3 a.m.) at least six times—including three in the past four months. One incident in September 2025 lasted from 2:30 to nearly 5 a.m., long after the building was cleared. ...Management has provided no explanation, and posts about it on the community board were later deleted. Maintenance is responsive but lacks communication—issues are often marked resolved without explanation and sometimes require multiple tickets. Of the nine or so EV chargers, only about half typically work.Property Manager Responded

September 17, 2025I love my apartment. it’s comfortable, and truly feels like home. Also, the view; it’s the perfect backdrop for both quiet mornings and relaxing evenings. I enjoy my street/city view :) The location couldn’t be better, everything I need is close by, and it makes daily life so convenient for me.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2025Living at Lakehouse Apartments has been such a great experience! The community is always clean and peaceful, and it really feels like a little oasis in the middle of the city. The apartments themselves are beautiful….modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, the amenities are a huge bonus! Whether I’m hanging by the pool, getting a workout in at the gym, or just enjoying the outdoor spaces, there’s always something to do. Honestly, what makes this place so special is the staff. They’re ...amazing - super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond if you need anything. You can tell they really care about the residents, which is so rare to find. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, I can’t recommend Lakehouse enough. It’s been everything I hoped for and more - I will definitely be resigning!Property Manager Responded
