Amazing Apartment
March 25, 2025The whole experience has been incredible. The building is beautiful, with many complimentary amenities such as the movie room, party room, and large patios with grills. The move in possess was quick and easy. The property manager Katie goes above and beyond to make her tenants happy. The apartment itself is just as depicted, great size and layout. The building is in a great location, being less than a block away from downtown, across from Lake Isabel, and surrounded by many walking paths. What I needed
October 30, 2024I moved in August 2024. The property manager Katy was super sweet, and very punctual when I did a request to view the property. I was very indecisive at first, about which unit I wanted and facing east or west etc, so I contacted and made another viewing which she was also very punctual and helpful! When I finally decided which one I wanted, I asked her if I could go there and take measurements for my new furniture to ensure it would fit and she did and allowed me to take my time and all. ...Location is very dog friendly and allowed any where in the building which my girls usually come with me where ever. I can’t hardly tell a train is going through 90% of the time. It’s kind of fun to see the art too on them. Washer dryer was a must for me in unit. Easy to pay via online. Temperature controlled underground parking. Small space storage units available as well. The only thing I wish is that the studio and one bedroom units also had tubs like the two bedrooms, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The shower is huge! Very close to work and dog park. Sky decks are big and have fire places to hang out with friends and new neighbors ( which are also great!) very happy here and also Katy loves the animals, she really goes above and beyond to help in whatever way ( like special request for gym items or movie theater room ideas etc ) and always so pleasant happy to run into.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
