This is NOT luxury living!
March 27, 2025They say these are luxury apartments, yet there is always trash everywhere and dog poop on the sidewalks. The dumpster are always over flowing or broken. Our stairwell ceiling looks like it's going to come down and there is a piece of wood with nails sticking out that could fall on someone. There is no sense of security. I have watched kids steal packages and hang around even they don't live there. Vehicle have been broken into and stolen. And now they are changing so called parking policies that ...are not even mention in the lease. In fact, there is no parking amendment at all, but they are now saying work trucks are not allowed. There have been work trucks park here since I moved in. Now all these hard working men can't park where they live. This place is a joke!Property Manager Responded

Not luxury as advertised. Overpriced.
August 11, 2024We wanted a rental while a building a new home. Wish we had looked elsewhere though the rental market in Frederick was slim to none. The good: Nice having free electric car charging. The pool and clubhouse are nice amenities. Dog washing station is nice in theory but was always a mess. Also the location is easy to get on and off of 70. The bad: The dumpsters were always overflowing. There was dog waste everywhere, and while emails were sent to residents it never got better. Our apartment ...looked great, but the drawers and cabinet doors were so poorly installed, they were always falling off. We put in a maintenance order and the only thing that was done was reattaching the drawers to existing shabby hardware. The tile in the shower was falling off due to poor installation as well. We could hear the HVAC outside of our apartment 24 hours a day, made it extremely difficult to sleep at night. The mail room was so disorganized, finding a package was a process. At some point the management changed which was a shame because the front office team when we moved in was great. Would not recommend.Property Manager Responded

Way over priced not worth it
July 23, 2023Lived here for almost 2 years. Moving out in September. Went up 1k more from when I first moved in. Parking is horrible plan to park buildings over. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything. If your not on the top floor you will hear every footstep and it literally shakes the walls. The community grills suck. The fire pit never has gas so never works. You don’t get passes to the lake. False advertisement on the signs by the apartments. If you have kids they have to walk a mile to school no ...buses. They layout is different from what is shown when you go look at the apartment. The stairs are never clean. You have multiple dogs barking for hours.
