The parking isn’t the greatest with only one vehicle per unit and any guests or if you have a roommate has to walk a couple hundred feet to get to the unit. The cleanliness is not the best with hallways or stairwells seemingly not being cleaned on any consistent frequent basis and are dirty with spotty floors and walls consistently. As neighbors talk, towing is out of control with residents being towed out of guest parking, which is allowed, ...frequently.
