      The Lake Maggiore Apartment complex is beautiful, close to downtown, and convenient to the highway for commuters away from downtown. It has gated access for enhanced security. The amenities include a pool, a great gym, community rooms and shared grills. Parking is assigned and there are plenty of charging stations for EV residents. Guest parking is a challenge though. The property is beautifully maintained and everyone has a balcony or patio, some even more than one. The townhomes offer multiple ...
      balconies and a tandem 2 car garage with room for storage too. The homes are all Smart homes and WiFi is included in the fee schedule, which is much simpler than most apartment complexes. The big winner here is the staff - Bonita, Amber and Jocelyn are simply the best.

      Lake Maggiore apartments inside are very nice, some appliances and flooring need upgrading. Since Greystar took over, the appearance has improved significantly, the floors look 100% better. Parking is limited for two bedroom apartments. Maintenance is very responsive to issues.

      Moved in around October and was a bit rough here at first but ever since the new ownership things have been great here. Especially the ladies at the front desk amber and kellady! Anytime I need anything they are always there to help and answer any questions I have!!

      Great community amenities! Peaceful community. The parking isn’t the greatest with only one vehicle per unit and any guests or if you have a roommate has to walk a couple hundred feet to get to the unit. The cleanliness is not the best with hallways or stairwells seemingly not being cleaned on any consistent frequent basis and are dirty with spotty floors and walls consistently. As neighbors talk, towing is out of control with residents being towed out of guest parking, which is allowed, ...
