Wrongfully evicted
February 14, 2023Evicted me while I was out of town even though I made payments. No notice letter. My roommate just wanted to move out and terminated the lease while I was out of town for one week. I was left with nothing when I returned.Property Manager Responded
February 16, 2023Hello, please contact our office to discuss further as we have not had any recent evictions at this property and are unsure as to who and what you are referring to. Several notices are always provided to tenants with an option to cure. Because of the court system right now, evictions are taking anywhere from 3-6 months and it is virtually impossible to be evicted within a week. Also, the sheriff's office is the only authorized personnel allowed to enter your unit or touch your belongings during eviction. We believe you have the wrong property or have been misinformed. Any member of our team will be happy to help and give you more clarification if you were staying at our property.

Overpriced but great location.
August 19, 2015When I moved into Lake Mirror Tower, almost four years ago, I absolutely loved the place. The apartment was small for the price but there were things that that made it worth the money. After the fifth property manager that I've had since being there, no improvements are ever made. The amenities have dwindled to nothing. We used to have rooftop access, dog-walking services, a great room to hang out in. Lately, however, we've had the Lakeland room taken away (under the guise of wanting to rent ...it more often. It actually seems that rentals have dropped since. The rooftop is no longer accessible due to stupid tenants climbing on the roof. Are the ones that did it being punished? No. Everyone is. Like it's high school all over again. The staff has gone from very friendly, to barely able to hide their dislike of you. Tenants are treated, not like neighbors (which they are), but like numbers. We used to be able to pay our rent in the office by check/money order. That's gone away (under the excuse... "everyone's moving to online payments!"). Well, some people don't like paying online. If you don't want to pay online, you have to go pay your rent at Walmart. I don't shop at Walmart... much less want to go there to pay my rent. It used to be a nice upscale community of people that treated each other with respect and were friendly towards one another. That all has changed. But, I couldn't give up the location. It's great living downtown. I guess I'll just have to deal with all of the other issues.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
