Close proximity to park, clean common areas, friendly neighbors. It had been a joy living here. It is nice being somewhere that is so new and clean. It is located very close to all of the stores you will need and gyms. I feel anyone who lives here will find it easy to call their home.

I just moved into the area and Lake Park apartments are new so they are in great shape/condition. The manager is AMAZING, she is willing to help in any way she can and is always pleasant. This is a gem for the Plover area.

Based on my experience as one of the first residents, Lake Park is the #1 choice for apartment living in the Plover/Stevens Point area. First, the customer service I’ve experienced from Hailey, the property manager, has been incredible. During my apartment search, Hailey was extremely accommodating in making herself available to answer my questions and to show me units. The same is true as a resident, Hailey has made my experience wonderful. Second, I appreciate that Lake Park offers flexible ...
lease terms - not many apartments in my experience were this accommodating. Third, Lake Park is in a great location near shops, restaurants, groceries, walking paths, and the highway. It is also safe and quiet. Last, but certainly not least, the apartment is brand new, spacious, and beautifully designed. The heated parking is also a great feature for the WI winters! I feel fortunate to be one of the first residents at such a wonderful place! I am grateful Lake Park has joined the Plover community. In my opinion, it’s the only place to call home in the area!

Lake Park's a brand new building with spacious apartments, great views of Pacawa Park, and lots of thoughtful touches that residents will appreciate from a heated parking garage to keyless and remote entry apps on your phone. I've appreciated the attentive responsiveness of the staff and the really open kitchen in particular!

Floor to ceiling windows allow wonderful views to be all the more enjoyable! Having your own deck is a plus. Cooking on a gas range is a treat as food prep is done on spacious granite countertops. In unit full size washer & dryer and heated garage space make living here effortless. A great place to call home!
