September 1, 2017I just came to the property called the number and was told the price listed online just went up $30. Very rude and I don't even want to take a look inside. If answering the phone is such a daunting task I would hate to have these folks as landlords.Review from Apartments.com
Dirty apartment, bad management, no maintenance
June 30, 2016Do not rent with this guys, the apartments smells bad there is mold everywhere, spiders and other insects are everywhere inside the apartments., the management are rude and not helpfull at all . they never fix things. the heat cost a lot and you end up paying over $700 or more every month for one bedroom because of the age of the buildings 1916. The rent is to high compared to the services offered.Review from Apartments.com

Do Not Rent Here
February 29, 2016It is a horrible place to rent from. The management is not helpful and will do little in the case of an emergency. I had my apartment flood here due to the neighbor up above me leaving their sink running. Water was coming out of the light sockets and the manager simply told me to find some other place to stay for awhile. They brought in a vacuum to try to suck the water up, and left the carpet soaking wet in the middle of winter. They did nothing to compensate me and made me live in a place ...where there is likely mold. They have a SPIDER PROBLEM as well and you will likely find them all over your belongings in the summer time.
