Love it here!
February 20, 2025Pet friendly, quiet neighbors, friendly and helpful staff/maintenance. Apartments are renovated, all modern appliances. Everything is well maintained and I’ve had no issues living here the past 3 years. Rental rates are very reasonable being so close to the hospital and Marian University. There’s a park across the street and plenty of walking areas around the neighborhood. Extra storage and laundry area in the basement. Love living here!Review from Apartments.com
Not Great.
July 19, 2023High traffic hallways with doors constantly slamming. I had to remove pictures off my wall from how often this occurred because they kept falling off due to entire apartment shaking. There’s also a really bad odor that goes through the entire building. The heat barely functions and there’s no central AC so it’s essentially a greenhouse. The floors squeak really bad throughout the entire apartment. There’s constant emergency vehicle sirens due to being next to hospital and near fire station. ...There’s also daily helicopter flyovers because of hospital helipad. The hallways wreak of weed 24/7 and there’s constant parties. The only good experience I had were the maintenance workers.
