April 22, 2025I lived here previously about 10 years ago and loved it, great location and quiet. Plenty of parking, never have to worry about fighting for a space. March 12, 2025Good neighborhood, very quiet for the most part, all staff are very kind and helpful, it’s a pet friendly complex. However I wish there was rules for parking such as trucks park across the drive and cars park in front of buildings. I say this as my car was hit by a new neighbors truck when he tried to park it between the 2 cars. This is uncalled for and wouldn’t have happened if there were rules for truck parking!! January 7, 2025Lake Point is a great place to live because of the friendly neighbors and staff. The staff and the maintenance they are always here to help ASAP.
