    My husband and I have had a great experience at lake pointe! The staff has always been super kind and helpful, and the maintenance has always been super attentive! We have been very blessed during our time here. Even the other residents have been super kind, and we have made friends with many of our neighbors! We love our unit as well, we don’t have a fully upgraded one, but it still feels very nice and well kept up with! We love the amenities, the pool is absolutely amazing! Finally, the lake ...

  • Do not rent!!

    The apts are old and just covered up with cover ups, mold in units, does not fix ac after dark even in summer heat, and when you move out will add additional charges that don’t make sense.

    The apartment complex is very clean and well kept by grounds keepers. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Maintenance is very reliable and ready to assist in anything that comes up. The text messages from apartment staff about events are a real plus. Analyse is my go to person should anything need to be answered or should I need to put in for a maintenance call, she is very courteous and helpful.

    This place is a nightmare. I recently wrote a review because I found droppings in my apartment.. pest control came and confirmed I have a MOUSE in the apartment. One hour after I wrote the review the manager came banging on my door! I was scared to open, she came in hostile and was not invited in!! She demanded I take it down! Not only that they told me I had MICE and ROACHES because my apartment is filthy and it’s my fault! I was so Insulted! They started taking pictures without my permission. I ...
    was in tears because I couldn’t believe that so called management could barge in and invade my privacy and speak to me in such a disrespectful and belittling way! I’m currently getting cameras installed because I no longer trust management. Also if you have small children beware! We had a leak in the laundry room which caused large WATER BUGS/ROACHES to run out of there! IT TOOK MONTHS FOR THE SITUATION TO BE FIXED! Not to mention the random BUGS that come in from outside also there was a garden SNAKE in the front room! MOLD continues to grow in my bathroom on the celling!! There is only one trash dumpster in the entire complex so at times trash is left everywhere! I’m scared to sleep at night because of all these things! One positive thing I can say is that maintenance is working diligently to get rid of the MOUSE, however no resident should have to deal with this and be treated horrible by management all at the same time! I would never in my life lease here again.
