It has been really great, so far. We definitely feel as if we chose the right place to start our journey in Florida, after dropping everything and leaving our families and everyone we know. Staff is super nice and helpful, amenities are nice, apartment is nice, etc.

Rent keeps going up and down for 6 months i barley had hot water my dishwasher is following out of the space it’s in paint is peeling and i will ne resigning my lease

We would like to clarify that rental rates remain fixed for the duration of each lease term and do not fluctuate during the lease. Utility charges, however, may vary month to month depending on usage and provider billing.
We also want to address your maintenance concerns. At this time, we do not have any open work orders related to hot water, the dishwasher, or paint issues in your apartment. Our team strives to complete submitted maintenance requests as quickly as possible, often the same day or by the next business day unless an outside vendor is required.
We encourage you to contact the leasing office directly so we can review these concerns with you and ensure any outstanding maintenance items are properly addressed.

My move in experience was awful. From issues with the system causing delays. My move in cost changing multiple times, ONE OF THEM RESULTING IN A THREE DAY NOTICE BEING PUT ON MY DOOR, 3 days after my move in date. My trash also wasn't picked up Monday morning.
