April 22, 2025I lived here previously about 10 years ago and loved it, great location and quiet. Plenty of parking, never have to worry about fighting for a space. I’m moving back here next week and they have done a lot of upgrades on the grounds, having 2 pools is great too!Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2025We have called Lake Pointe apartment homes our residence for 5 years and have been extremely pleased with our living experience here we have small grandchildren and are pet owners and have been so pleased with the living environment here .The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, they're always willing to help you with and questions or concerns we have had unbelievably the best experience and the community is safe and lots of amenities have been remodeled and updated thank you so ...much for all your hard work it shows everywhere you look keep up the wonderful job you all contribute it's a real pleasure to call this our home!!!!!Property Manager Responded

March 12, 2025Good neighborhood, very quiet for the most part, all staff are very kind and helpful, it’s a pet friendly complex. However I wish there was rules for parking such as trucks park across the drive and cars park in front of buildings. I say this as my car was hit by a new neighbors truck when he tried to park it between the 2 cars. This is uncalled for and wouldn’t have happened if there were rules for truck parking!! Also some dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs and I think there should be ...more rules and fines if they don’t pick up after their dogs!Property Manager Responded
