March 20, 2026Just renewed my lease! Great place! The staff are great! Maintenance is great to work with as well. I do wish people would pick up after their dogs! It’s very gross to smell it and the dog parks have turned just gross! Also why are cats allowed to roam?! I thought all animals were to be on a leash. My dog has been jumped by a white cat with calico spots multiple times as it jumps out of the bushes at him! There are 2 fluffy black cats as well that hang by the courts!Property Manager Responded

January 25, 2026Lake Pointe is a nice and quiet place to live. Never hear or see any crime. Perfect starter home or permanent place to rent. I never had any issues with the staff. Everyone is super helpful!Property Manager Responded
