Not good not bad. Dog friendly, ninety nine percent of owners pick up after em. There's still that one percent that for whatever reason can't seem to do it. Very strict on leash rules Complex has no gate, no cameras anywhere. Found that out the hard way. Motorcycle has a broke ignition and bare wires..... thank God, I don't leave my battery in my motorcycle. Most people in complex are very friendly. Office staff, very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need

Lake Pointe is a quiet complex. The grounds itself is beautiful. ALL of the staff are great and they are always amazing to help and maintenance calls. No waiting for God know how many days for it to be looked at. As for renting here, the price of rent is one reason I looked here.

I had some bugs and the shower leaks on move in, but it seems like they're willing to fix things. The facilities are nice, and it's close to the bus stop.

I love it here. It is so quiet and everyone in the office and maintenance crew are so nice. Whenever I Need maintenance work it is done within a reasonable time and done right the first time. The office crew always answers my concerns right away. I am very happy here.
