At this time, we do not have any open work orders related to hot water, the dishwasher, or paint issues in your apartment. Our team strives to complete submitted maintenance requests as quickly as possible, often the same day or by the next business day unless an outside vendor is required. We encourage you to contact the leasing office directly so we can review these concerns with you and ensure any outstanding maintenance items are properly addressed.

My move in cost changing multiple times, ONE OF THEM RESULTING IN A THREE DAY NOTICE BEING PUT ON MY DOOR, 3 days after my move in date.
