Portal is awful! Zero communication from the leasing office

I would recommend leasing somewhere else, the portal is awful, it makes it very hard to pay rent if you want to pay any way other than a check. The office has tried to add extra hidden fees and when i confronted them about it they took it off… fishy. The pools were supposed to be opened two weeks ago and still aren’t open and one of them is empty and we haven’t heard anything. so sweet and try their hardest, but they never seem to be there. You have to pay to valet trash service even if you don’t choose to use it ($35 each month). They don’t enforce rules and the neighbors are loud and don’t care about picking up after their animals. there has been dog pee in the hallways for weeks and nothing was done about it. DISGUSTING! Please reconsider somewhere else to lease from!
